These FAQs cover basic, common questions. You are very likely to find what you need or would like to know.

Is there a project minimum?

As of 2026, no. But we prefer that you reach out to us as soon as you can so we can discuss your project and deliver a product that would satisfy you. For editing projects, for example, we would not be able to edit and deliver a final cut if your footage is not good enough.

What makes you any different from competitors?

We can offer a free sample, depending on the complexity and length of your project, and other confidential services that would confer utmost safety on you. Otherwise, our expertise, equipment, professionalism, and customer care ensure you would be satisfied. You would get more options, angles, and “prodding” from us than you would expect.

Are There Prerequisites or Language Requirements?

Do I need to have any equipment?

Nope, and having equipment does not guarantee that the quote would be lower or anything is easier.

Do you accept credit carts and / or need deposits?

We accept cards and may need a deposit, depending on the project. For complex projects, such as those on-location, you may need to pay a deposit and for those requiring planning.

Is there any revision possible to any project?

When we meet with you about your project, you would see the timeline and our benefts to you, iincluding one round of revision within the scope of work. That means you would review the project before official delivery to youfor any feedback within the scope of work before official delivery to you.
